We are a private pay practice and do not bill insurance directly. However, we can provide superbills upon request for potential reimbursement through your insurance provider.

If you have any questions about fees, payment options, or how to get started, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help!

Limited sliding scale available to those who qualify.

  • We do not currently accept insurance.

You can check with your insurance provider to see if they will accept superbills from us for reimbursement as an out of network provider.

If you have questions or your insurance only accepts certain diagnosis codes for reimbursement, talk to your therapist so we can help you in the best way possible.

    How Superbills Work

  • We accept cash and all major credit card payments. There are no additional fees to you, as we cover the costs of the credit card fees. HSA/FSA cards are also accepted.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice so we can offer the spot to someone else who might need it.

Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will have a $100 late cancellation fee, and the same goes for no-shows.

We get that life happens, so if there’s an emergency, just let us know, and we’ll do our best to work with you. Thanks for understanding and helping us support all of our clients!

  • Therapy can be a powerful and life-changing experience. It gives you a safe, supportive space to work through your emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. It can help you make sense of things, strengthen your relationships, handle life’s ups and downs, ease anxiety and stress, and work through past experiences to increase your quality of life. Think of therapy as an investment in your mental and emotional health—a space to heal, grow, and move toward the best version of yourself.

  • Kids don’t always know how to express their feelings or make sense of big emotions—that’s where therapy can really help. It gives them a safe, supportive space to feel heard and understood while building emotional resilience and improving behavior. We also partner with parents to help support your child’s emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs, so they can thrive in all areas of life.

  • Research shows that weekly therapy is usually the most helpful, especially at the start of your journey.

If you can, we recommend starting with weekly sessions and then adjusting the frequency as you feel more stable.

That said, this is your journey, and we’re all about flexibility! If starting bi-weekly or monthly works better for you, we’re happy to work with whatever fits your needs.

  • Telehealth is available to anyone over the age of 14. Please note that some therapy modalities require in-person sessions and may not be available for virtual therapy.

All clients engaging in virtual therapy must be physically located within the state of Georgia at the time services are provided.

  • For kids under 14, the intake session is with just the parents or guardians.

This session helps us gather all the background and developmental info we need to understand your child’s needs.

We’ll ask a lot of questions to get a sense of your child’s world and start building a treatment plan. It’s not about diving into the details of your life—we’re just getting a framework to help us get started.

  • Ah, yes—the alphabet soup of therapy letters! Therapists do love their acronyms. Here’s what our credentials mean:

    MS – Master of Science
All therapists must complete a master’s degree in counseling. Our specific degrees are in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

    LPC – Licensed Professional Counselor
We have completed all required education, internship, and supervision hours and are licensed by the state of Georgia to practice as counselors.

    RPT – Registered Play Therapist
We have completed additional education specific to play therapy and received supervision from a play therapy-specific supervisor. This credential is awarded by the Association for Play Therapy and requires ongoing continuing education to maintain.

EMDR Certified – Certified Provider of EMDR Therapy
Certified through EMDRIA (EMDR International Association) after completing specialized training and supervision by a trained EMDR Consultant.

  • This one’s a little tricky—we can’t acknowledge that we know you, as it could break your confidentiality.

So, the choice is totally yours! Feel free to say hi if you’d like, or just keep going with your day. Either way, we’re totally comfortable!
